Old Man Wrestling as it is affectionately called is a place in our schedule for any athlete out of high school looking to have fun doing the sport they love. Held at a time late enough that you can come home from work and have dinner with the family before practice, it is made with professionals in mind who need to live their lives and have a separate schedule for fun.
Our practices are designed to encourage light hearted competition, while also keeping us in shape, improving over time and heading back to work the next day. We have new learners, college athletes, old coaches, and former wrestlers in the room looking to compete without getting hurt.
Monday practices start back up April 1st!

Join A Team!
We are hosting a series of quads through the month of November. These are free for members and $15 drop ins for those interested. You will be put on a team matching up with another team and wrestle in duals for a fun competitive experience that allows new officials to train in wrestling before the folk style season starts.
Officials need experience not only scoring matches, but gain mat awareness, learn their positioning, and learn about the procedures of wrestling events.
